BoldRugs.com is an online retailer offering area rugs, rug pads, and related home furnishings (including accent chairs, beds, and bar carts) for sale directly to consumers, at factory-direct pricing where noted.
We work to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability on the Site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Because rugs are photographed and displayed on a wide variety of screens, actual colors, patterns, pile height, and texture may vary from what is shown on the Site. Product dimensions are approximate and subject to standard manufacturing tolerances.
All text, graphics, logos, product photography, and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to BoldRugs.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, shipping carriers or payment processors) that are not owned or controlled by BoldRugs.com. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it.
We may add, remove, or modify any part of the Site, including products, pricing, or features, at any time and without prior notice.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We are not responsible or liable for damages or injuries of any kind resulting from misuse of a product, improper installation or placement (for example, use without an appropriate non-slip rug pad), failure to follow included care instructions, or use in a manner inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoldRugs.com and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including factory or vendor delays, carrier/shipper errors or delays, weather, natural disaster, labor dispute, or other event of force majeure.
By using the Site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We are not responsible for typographical, pricing, product-description, or web-site-coding errors, and we reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or correct any order affected by such an error, whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not payment has been processed, in which case we will refund any amount charged. Promotional codes and discounts (such as seasonal offers) are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise stated. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders ship tax-free where noted on the Site; you are responsible for any applicable use tax owed in your jurisdiction.
Most rugs ship directly from the factory within approximately 3 to 7 business days of order placement. Free shipping applies to orders over $199 shipped within the contiguous United States; a shipping fee applies to smaller orders. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is quoted separately after you place your order. Ship times shown on the Site are approximate estimates for in-stock products, not guarantees, and delivery may be delayed by factors outside our control, including vendor or shipping-carrier errors or delays. Full shipping details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Orders cancelled after the order has been completed/processed are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, subject to a Return Authorization (RA#) issued by us before you ship anything back; returned items must reach our warehouse within 7 days of the RA# being issued. Store credit is issued with no fee; cash/card refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns made without an RA# or after the 30-day window are subject to a 35% restocking fee. We may refuse a return, or charge additional fees, if the item is returned damaged or soiled due to customer use. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are typically processed within 3–4 weeks of receipt (certain brands, such as Safavieh, may take 5–6 weeks). Custom-made rugs and rug pads are final sale and not eligible for return or merchandise credit. Full details are set out in our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Because many products are handmade or made from natural materials, minor variations in color, pattern, pile, and texture between the item you receive and Site photography are normal and are not considered defects.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at service@boldrugs.com of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's security or operation; scrape, mine, or systematically extract data from the Site without permission; or impersonate any person or entity.
If you submit a review, photo, or other content to the Site, you grant BoldRugs.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to share.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
You and BoldRugs.com agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any order (a "Dispute") will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, and will take place in, or be conducted by video/phone consistent with AAA rules from, Los Angeles County, California.
Class action waiver. You and BoldRugs.com agree that any Dispute will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing service@boldrugs.com within 30 days of your first order or first use of the Site, whichever is earlier, stating clearly that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, neither you nor we will be required to arbitrate, but every other part of these Terms still applies.
If any part of this arbitration section is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms will remain in effect, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular Dispute, that Dispute (and only that Dispute) will proceed in court rather than in arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and, to the extent any Dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 3.12, the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and BoldRugs.com regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
We may update this Legal Notice, Limitation of Liability, and these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively to use of the Site and orders placed after the change is posted. Your continued use of the Site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
