Our economic rug pad for use on carpets is a polyester fabric with a water based adhesive on both sides. It holds rugs flat and wrinkle free over carpet. This rug pad's adhesive is guaranteed not transfer to the carpet. This rug padding is easy to install and can be trimmed with scissors to fit any size rug. They are also hand washable and make vacuuming easier. Proudly made in the USA.
